Civil engineer turned PMO strategist and toolmaker. I design geospatial platforms, multi-agent AI systems, and automation frameworks for real estate, civil infrastructure and data centre development.
Tools and systems spanning geospatial analysis, AI-driven research, and project management automation — each solving a real operational problem.
Infrastructure site suitability analysis for any asset class, powered by open data. Users define constraints, apply weighted scoring, and generate red flag reports — all through a browser-based map interface.
A multi-agent system that produces branded market entry reports — covering power grid, land, regulatory, connectivity, climate risk, and competitive landscape analysis. Agents run concurrently and synthesise into a single HTML deliverable.
Automated constraint analysis for infrastructure sites. Queries OpenStreetMap, government spatial data, and flood/seismic layers to produce a structured risk assessment with maps and scoring.
A Smartsheet-to-Confluence automation ecosystem — syncing project data, generating narrative status reports, managing access permissions via Power Automate, and feeding dashboards for executive visibility.
Browser-based audio transcription tool using OpenAI Whisper API, with a static frontend on GitHub Pages and a serverless backend on Google Cloud Run.
Real Estate testfitting tool for initial site planning, based on QGIS experience from Urban Planning and Industrial Park Management experience.
An RPG-style game that turns piano practice into a themed adventure. Players pick from five worlds, battle enemies by completing songs, and collect gear across a procedurally built quest map.
Civil engineer by training. I started in civil engineering, moved into real estate development, and now serve as PMO Director at Zerra DC in Singapore.
The thread across all of it: I build systems that give people clarity — whether that's a geospatial platform that shows you where to build, an AI pipeline that writes your market research, or a project management framework that tells leadership exactly where things stand.
I work across the full stack: Python for automation and data, React for interfaces, QGIS for spatial analysis, and the Claude API for intelligent agents. I write code to solve operational problems, not as an end in itself.
The things I reach for when building.
Open to conversations about infrastructure intelligence, data centre development, and building tools that solve real problems.
